Outside
On the ground floor at the front is a private entrance area. There are front and rear roof terraces (approx 16msq and 12msq) with panoramic views to the sea and to the mountains. Patio tables, chairs, sun-loungers and BBQ are included. There is a swimming pool that shared is only between residents of the block.

Coast/Beach
The property is 300 - 400m from the tranquil sandy beach of Almayate. Torre Del Mar with its extensive promenade, beach and shops is around 2km away. Both beaches have beach showers.

Golf
Baviera 18 hole championship golf courses and Anoreta golf courses are both only 10 mins drive away with driving ranges, pro shops and club houses.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada is approx a 2 hour drive to its ski resorts, chair lifts and restaurants.

Travel
Malaga Airport is approx 35km via Motorway. It is a short walk to a regular bus service along the scenic coast road to both Malaga and Nerja. There is a Shuttle between Malaga airport and Malaga bus station. A car is recommended in order to visit the many places of interest in the area.

Further details
Those wanting to taste a more bustling atmosphere can visit Torre del Mar which is only 2km along the coast and has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a long wide promenade for those late-evening strolls in the sun. From Torre you can get the new tram system to Velez Malaga (the previous capital of Andalucia), Benajarafe around to the West has a selection of quiet beach cafes and bars. Nerja is short drive away with bars, restaurants and nightlife in quaint narrow streets and a visit to the local ancient caves and the nearby white hillside Spanish village of Frigliana is well worthwhile. Torre del Mar has a large (Eroski) hypermarket and shopping mall, a large "Aqua Park" and 10 screen cinema showing English films. Local market is on Thursday. There is local go-karting, horse riding, bowling, tennis and even a secluded nudist beach.
